  The system principle diagram shows that the test system consists of WP4000 variable frequency power analyzer, DT digital transmitter, digital rotating transformer, DH2000 host, DM4022 distributed test sub station, DMC300, PC digital host devices.

  The digital transmitter of DT1~DT7 is used to collect the electric parameters of each part of the servo driver, and the collected data is transmitted to the WP4000 frequency conversion power analyzer through the optical fiber. DM4022 completed the acquisition of torque, speed drag tests, rotary transformer and DT8 digital transmitter on the measured servo motor rotor position and speed are collected, the collected data respectively through the optical fiber transmission to the host DH2000 and DMC300 digital digital host, finally uploaded to a machine on.
