Brief introduction of Shanghai Kaiquan pump comprehensive laboratory

  Shanghai Kaiquan pump (Group) is a large-scale comprehensive pump company integrating design, production and sales of pumps, water supply equipment and pump control equipment in China. It is a leading enterprise in the pump industry in China. The comprehensive laboratory for high-flow, high-power, high-temperature and high-pressure pumps includes two high-pressure stations and two low-pressure stations, which can allow four pumps to test at the same time, and the maximum test flow can reach 150000 M ³/ h. The maximum test pressure can reach 40MPa, the maximum test power is 25000kw, and the maximum diameter of the tested pump can reach dn3000. The pump comprehensive laboratory has a large scale, comprehensive testing capacity and high test accuracy. It is at the leading level in China and even in the world. It is one of the few domestic test stations with the testing capacity of nuclear secondary pumps. It has played a positive role in improving the national industrial capacity and accelerating the localization of large-scale nuclear power, thermal power and equipment in China.

  The high-temperature and high-pressure pump comprehensive laboratory includes two high-pressure stations and low-pressure stations, and the four stations can operate completely independently.
