On December 28, 2021, Hunan Yinhe Electric Co., Ltd. passed the performance evaluation of the topic of "high accuracy resistance transfer bridge" in the low field quantum resistance tester project of "national major scientific instrument and equipment development key project" in 2018.
The subject of "high accuracy resistance transfer bridge" undertaken by Galaxy Electric is mainly to develop a high accuracy resistance transfer device with operating uncertainty of 10-8 magnitude at normal temperature. The measurement range covers the quantum resistance to the integer power standard resistance of 1 Ω ~ 10K Ω, and develop the resistance bridge technology to achieve high accuracy calibration.
Under the leadership of Dr. Liu Yonggang, general manager of Beijing Branch of Yinhe electric, the project leader, Yinhe Electric has completed the development of lfcc low-frequency AC resistance bridge with high accuracy, and all indicators meet the requirements of the assignment.
