In the case of motor and transformer, the power factor is very low when the no-load, and the input power is often the main loss of equipment. High accuracy measurement under low power factor is an important technical index for evaluating high efficiency products such as motors and transformers.
The reference condition of the power measurement accuracy level of most high precision power analyzer is the power factor equal to 1, and the accuracy of the low power factor is not clear.
Most of the sensors used for variable frequency power measurement are not nominal phase indicators, and the phase error of the system is not clear.
The power unit of the WP3000 frequency conversion power analyzer has a very
small angular difference, which achieve the high accuracy measurement in the
range of 0.05~1 power factor.
