一种大量程宽带变频功率标准源的研制

   摘要:当前,变频技术已经获得了广泛使用,但是变频电量的计量却是空白。本文提出了一种用于计量和测试产品性能的大量程宽范围变频功率标准源的设计。采用DDS作为信号发生器,分别产生一定频率的电压信号和电流信号,信号控制全桥开关功率放大器,再驱动线性功率放大器,分别输出电压和电流,并对电压电流进行测量并反馈回控制器,用PI算法进行闭环控制,从而使功率源输出电压及输出电流的真有效值保持稳定。实验结果表明,系统运行稳定,电压电流输出精度高,达到了0.1级。

Abstract: Nowadaysfrequency conversion technology is widely usedbut the measurement of frequency conversion energy is blank. The paper presents a new design of wide range frequency conversion standard power source, which is widely used to measure and test product performance. Two DDS are used as signal generators, which individually generate voltage signal and current signal of certain frequency. The signal control switch mode power amplifier, which drive linear power amplifier, Then voltage and current are output. The voltage and current are measured and the signal are feed back to main controller, which control the output using PI arithmetic to keep the effective value of the output voltage and current steady. The experiment result shows that the system run stable and the precision of output voltage and current reached 0.1 grade.
