SP series frequency conversion power sensor is the main power unit of AnyWay series frequency conversion power analyzer. SP series frequency conversion power sensor integrates voltage and current measurement channels, which can ensure the accuracy of the ratio difference and the angle difference measurement in a wide frequency range. The digital design of the front end makes it possible to realize the high precision measurement of various electrical parameters such as frequency conversion power consumption, power frequency power supply, DC power consumption and so on in the complex electromagnetic environment.

TwoThe principle of SP series frequency conversion power sensor
SP series frequency conversion power sensor is a kind of electronic transformer with voltage and current combination. SP series frequency conversion power sensor is designed based on the front end digital principle. It mainly consists of the voltage sensitive element, the current sense element, the primary conversion circuit, the isolated power supply, the photoelectric conversion circuit and the optical fiber transmission system.
High voltage, high current signal voltage sensitive element and current sensing element receives from first line, transformed into a low voltage and low current switching circuit can receive analog signal, a circuit converts the analog signal to digital signal, digital signal through photoelectric conversion circuit through the fiber transmission system and data processing and display the communication unit (AnyWay series inverter power analyzer).
The isolated working power is electrically isolated between the AC220V network and the primary circuit and provides a power supply for the primary circuit.
Optical fiber transmission system includes uplink data optical fiber and downlink synchronous optical fiber. Optical fiber for high speed uplink data sampling data transmission frequency power sensor, optical fiber switch downlink synchronization control range of a conversion circuit, and sampling synchronization with other sensors between the sampling clock.

1High bandwidth and high precision frequency conversion high voltage sensor
At present, the voltage sensor which is suitable for the variable frequency power measurement is mainly the Holzer voltage sensor. Holzer voltage sensor can measure the maximum voltage of 6400V, its bandwidth is less than 1kHz, the accuracy is about 1%.
SP series converter power sensor standard model of the highest test voltage up to 15kV (special custom up to 20kV), a typical bandwidth of 100kHz, the highest accuracy of 0.05%.
2The only one to provide the angle difference index of the variable frequency power sensor
Angle difference is the core index of power measurement accuracy, especially in the noload test, big power transformer short circuit test of power factor condition, angle difference is the core index of power measurement accuracy.
Besides voltage, current transformer, current and frequency measurement of the voltage sensor such as Holzer, Holzer and so on Rogowski coil current sensor, does not provide the index angle difference, the power test system of this kind of sensor construction, power measurement accuracy and lack of science and security.
SP series frequency conversion power sensor uses the expert team of National University of Defense Technology for several years to study successfully, with independent intellectual property rights of the voltage and current sensing elements, with a small phase shift index. Because the voltage and current sensors are combined into one, the phase compensation circuit is greatly simplified. 3Wide range and high precision test without multi sensor shift
According to the measured voltage and current size to select the appropriate range of sensors to ensure measurement accuracy, almost became the basic knowledge of every measurement engineer.
However, in a variety of electrical equipment in the scientific experiment, the same voltage or current, under different conditions, the amplitude of the dynamic range is often very big. Such as motor or transformer noload and shortcircuit test, the former high voltage, small current, the latter voltage is low, large current. When the size gap between voltage and current is large, usually with different range of voltage and current sensor, build the shift switch circuit to select, the sensor and the measured signal, as far as possible, in order to achieve the needs of measurement accuracy.
For high voltage and high current, the high cost of multi sensors and shift switch, large area, and poor reliability. In order to solve these problems, the application of frequency measurement of multi winding electromagnetic transformer, through low voltage small current shift on side, to a certain extent, to ensure the accuracy of measurement range widening.
However, for the Holzer voltage, current sensors and other sensors for the measurement of variable frequency power, there is no side shift products on the market, the cost of the switch is often much more than the price of the sensor itself.
The voltage and current channel SP series inverter power sensor were set up 8 gears, each gear only measuring signal in the range of 50%~100% range to achieve a high accuracy measurement range of 0.5% ~ 100%. The seamless automatic conversion range technology, gear switch, features without loss of data can satisfy the wide value dynamic measurement range, a comprehensive record of the measured information, not every detail changes. AnyWay called the 2 N sub automatic conversion range program, N increased by 1, can effectively broaden the range of highprecision measurement.
OneSP series frequency conversion power sensor naming rules
An example of SP 103202 C type variable frequency power sensor:
P is a variable frequency power sensor identifier, 103 and 202 respectively rated voltage sensor (UN) and rated current (IN), with reference to scientific notation, using 10 times N forms, including digital first and second as the base, third index. That is 103 UN is 10kV, 202 IN is 2000A.
The voltage range of the SP series frequency conversion power sensor is 0.75% ~ UN, the effective testing range of the current is from 1% to 200% IN.
C represents accuracy, defined as follows:
A: voltage, current accuracy is 0.05% of the reading, power accuracy of reading of 0.1%
B: voltage, current accuracy is 0.1% of the reading, power accuracy of reading of 0.2%
C: voltage, current accuracy is 0.2% of the reading, power accuracy of reading of 0.5%
SP103202C means that the voltage and current of the sensor accuracy is 0.2% readings, reading power accuracy is 0.5%; UN rated voltage 10kV, rated current IN 2000A; effective test range voltage 75V ~ 15kV; the effective test range of current is 20A ~ 4000A.
SP variable frequency power sensor used in motor test, test range has been considered in motor test 1.3 times and 2 times the current overload voltage test (small power motor current overload capacity may require higher) test requirements, so the user selection (except for small power motor), only need to consider the rated current rated voltage can be tested the highest voltage of motor and the maximum current of the motor.

3Harmonic detection
The harmonic detection and harmonic analysis of high voltage and high current signals need to have enough bandwidth, and the lack of bandwidth is the fundamental reason for the inaccurate evaluation of harmonics in many occasions.
The wide band characteristics of the SP series frequency conversion power sensor, especially the wide band characteristics under high voltage, are irreplaceable for other sensors. It is suitable for harmonic analysis and power quality analysis in the case of high frequency harmonics.
4Power transformer loss test
Power test noload test and short circuit test of low angle SP series inverter power sensor differential characteristics particularly suitable for 10kV and below power transformer, to accurately calculate the transformer noload loss and load loss and provide scientific data to support energy efficiency measurement.
