  WP3000 variable frequency power analyzer is a high precision power analyzer after the YINHE ELECTRIC’s WP4000 variable frequency power analyzer is introduced and a low cost broadband, is suitable for the detection of transformer, rectifier, inverter, inverter and other types of converters and motors, electrical products, energy efficiency evaluation and harmonic test.

  The WP3000 frequency conversion power analyzer is composed by a digital output power unit and a digital input host. The attenuation and interference of transmission links in complex electromagnetic environment are avoided.

  Currently, the sensor for high voltage and large current power frequency measurement accuracy, especially precision voltage sensor angle accuracy index is far behind the power analyzer, it is an important factor restricting the precision of power analyzer system. WP3000 variable power analyzer has 100 available kinds of power units , different configuration of power unit, DC current signal without external sensor can directly measure 1mV~15kV DC voltage signal and 100uA~7000A, reduce intermediate links, improve measurement accuracy and bandwidth.

  WP3000 variable frequency power analyzer in amplitude, frequency and power factor in a wide range, can achieve the nominal accuracy index, its accuracy can achieve the requirement of test transformer, inverter and other various converter and motors, electrical appliances, new energy products. The voltage and current sensor and the range conversion circuit of the power analyzer system are greatly simplified, and the cost of the test system is reduced, and the occupation area is reduced.

  Each WP3000 variable frequency power analyzer can be configured 1~4 power unit, a synchronous measurement analyzer can realize inverter DC input power and AC power output; using two watt meter method, can simultaneously measure two independent three-phase circuit and related electrical parameters.

  WP3000 frequency conversion power analyzer uses high performance dual core embedded CPU module, large memory, fast computing speed, under the 250kHz sampling frequency, the realization of the 0.1Hz fundamental frequency SPWM waveform DFT transform. To ensure the synchronization of sampling frequency and signal frequency, to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the harmonic analysis results. The storage capacity depends on the connected storage device (analyzer built-in 150GB hard disk), almost unrestricted, completely solved the problem of the conventional paperless recorder storage capacity is small, can not meet the problem of long time recording.

01High accuracy measurement in complex electromagnetic environment

  The conventional power analyzer as second meter, and first sensor with analog signal transmission, especially a broadband sensor power analyzer matching usually output signal is small, the operation of the inverter nonlinear devices such as the occasion, inevitably affected by electromagnetic interference effects, resulting in the measurement accuracy is decreased, but also serious damage to power analyzer.

  WP3000 variable frequency power analyzer is composed of a host machine and power unit, the power unit uses the front-end digital technology, installed on the measured point, and the measured signal in digital output, the power unit of the digital signal through the optical fiber connected with the host, the host receives the digital signal from the power unit and the operation, processing and display.

  The optical fiber transmission can effectively avoid the loss and interference in the transmission process, cut off the important way of the interference propagation of the sensor and the analyzer, and improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the sensor and the analyzer. Fiber transmission eliminates the error caused by load matching and range matching. Because the host is a pure digital operation, without increasing the error, the possibility of being affected by temperature or long-term drift is eliminated.

  Effect of WP3000 frequency precision power analyzer only power unit (SP series or DT series inverter power sensor digital transmitter), effectively improve the system accuracy, the nominal accuracy of the power unit can be realized in complex electromagnetic environment.

02Wide range of high accuracy measurement

  Ordinary sensor and power analyzer generally only in a narrow range to ensure the accuracy of measurement, the measured signal has a wide range, usually using multiple sensors with a shift switch shift to expand the measurement range.

  WP3000 variable frequency power analyzer is provided with 8 gears in a power unit, each gear in the gear measuring range in the range of 50%~100% signal, to achieve high accuracy measurement in the range of 1%~200% rated current and rated voltage input in 0.75%~150%. 03Clear, excellent system of angular difference index

  In the case of motor and transformer, the power factor is very low when the no-load, and the input power is often the main loss of equipment. High accuracy measurement under low power factor is an important technical index for evaluating high efficiency products such as motors and transformers.

  The reference condition of the power measurement accuracy level of most high precision power analyzer is the power factor equal to 1, and the accuracy of the low power factor is not clear.

  Most of the sensors used for variable frequency power measurement are not nominal phase indicators, and the phase error of the system is not clear.

04Real frequency conversion test system
