　　Hunan Provincial Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for large and medium-sized motor electronic control products (hereinafter referred to as the center) is a provincial-level inspection institution approved by Hunan Provincial Bureau of quality supervision in May 2009, with the status of a third party and the nature of a business. It is also approved by the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China and listed in the "12th Five Year Plan" of Hunan Province and the key projects of Xiangtan city The national industrial and mining electric drive vehicle quality supervision and inspection center and the national wind power equipment quality supervision and Inspection Center (Hunan) are the contractors of two major projects. The center has passed the qualification review of metrological certification / review and approval by Hunan Provincial Bureau of quality supervision, and obtained the inspection qualification of 16 products and 135 parameters, including motors, electric control, electric drive vehicles and wind power equipment.

　　The large and medium-sized motor test bench includes the high-voltage asynchronous motor test bench and the high-voltage synchronous motor test bench. The generator unit is used to generate power and output it to the motor test bench through the voltage regulator. It can complete the delivery and type tests of the overlapping frequency and coupling of the high-voltage motor below 10kV.

　　The large and medium-sized motor test bench includes high-voltage asynchronous motor test bench and high-voltage synchronous motor test bench, and the test power is provided by the generator set through the voltage regulator. A group of current sensors are configured at the side of the high-voltage asynchronous motor test bench and the high-voltage synchronous motor test bench to complete the electrical parameter measurement; The high-voltage synchronous motor test bench is located at the excitation side of the tested motor, and the shunt, voltage divider and DM series power substation are used to complete the excitation measurement.
