The national industrial and mining electric vehicle quality supervision and inspection center was established by the approval of the State Administration of quality inspection, it is currently the only one set of testing and research, standards, information, services, and training as one of the industrial and mining electric vehicle inspection and research institutions. It has independent legal and impartial third party status, will undertake industrial and mining electric drive vehicles, mine transportation and safety equipment and parts of the type test, supervision and inspection, regular inspection, arbitration testing, commissioned the inspection, production license certification and inspection and product development and testing. The transmission system test platform is an important part of the quality inspection center, including an AC motor test bench, a DC motor testing station, mainly used for motor vehicle motor test.

The transmission system test bench consists of an AC motor testing station and a DC motor testing station, which are used to test the energy feedback.
As shown in chart 1, the AC motor test station input terminal is equipped with SP381101B, DT217B two measuring level transmitter, according to the characteristics of the motor is selected to access the corresponding level sensor and digital transmitter.
As shown in chart 2, DC motor testing station transmitter input and output terminals are equipped with DT114B, DT216B two grade range, DT114B digital transmitter external current sensor can meet the testing requirements of high current motor, DC motor to complete the configuration of DT217B digital transmitter excitation measurement.
