It is easy to be affected by electromagnetic interference in the transmission process of the conventional analog output sensor, which leads to the reduction of the measurement accuracy and even the normal operation. And before and after the end of the cable connection, the introduction of high pressure easily lead to equipment and personnel safety threats.

The analog signal of the acceleration sensor and the force sensor is converted into digital signal through the OPC420 module, and is transmitted to the vehicle through the optical fiber. There are two solutions in the car:
Solution 1: the optical fiber signal is reduced to analog signal input to the acquisition system. The advantage of this scheme is that it does not need to change the original system, and it can be applied to the improvement of the whole electromagnetic compatibility of the system. This project is to use the program.
Solution 2: the optical fiber signal is reduced to digital signal, directly into the digital system. The advantage of this scheme is that it does not need to simulate the two conversion and acquisition, the system has high precision, simple structure and high reliability.
